Terms of Service
These summary terms apply to A2AC LLC pilot and direct-agreement access unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Service scope
A2AC provides partner-hosted enterprise agent coordination software, including Console, API, workflow coordination, Cube state, and receipt features.
Acceptable use
You may not use A2AC to violate law, compromise systems, infringe third-party rights, or bypass security and authorization controls.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for authorized users, credentials, customer content, connected systems, and instructions submitted to the service.
AI limitations
AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for review, approval, and use of generated actions or recommendations.
Billing terms
Pilot and enterprise billing is handled by direct agreement with A2AC. Fees, renewal, taxes, and cancellation terms are controlled by the applicable order or agreement.
Intellectual property & Commercial License
A2AC LLC retains all exclusive right, title, patents, and copyright in and to the platform, CUBE protocols, sovereign memory architectures, IDE extensions, binaries, and documentation. All software is distributed subject to the A2AC Enterprise Commercial License Agreement. Reverse engineering, decompilation, competitive AI distillation, and unauthorized redistribution are strictly prohibited.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach.
Warranty and liability limits
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law or the signed agreement.
Governing entity
The service is provided by A2AC LLC.
