How is the $499/month + usage Team Plan billed?
The Team Plan is provisioned directly on Google Cloud Platform at $499/month flat base (including 10 active developer seats, with additional seats at $25/seat/month and unlimited read-only auditors). All platform charges and runtime usage bill seamlessly through Google Cloud Marketplace as a single line item against your existing Google Cloud commitment (EDP / MACC).
What is included in a Google Cloud Marketplace Private Offer?
Private Offers are fully customizable engagements tailored to your organization's requirements. You choose the scope: multi-region tenant isolation, institutional compliance vaults (DFI / CFPB / SOC 2 / ISO 42001), dedicated Chimera GPU clusters, custom SLAs, or any combination. You can also hire A2AC's engineering team for professional installation, configuration, and deployment directly into your GCP environment. All Private Offer charges, including professional services, are invoiced through the Google Cloud Marketplace Producer Portal and draw down against your enterprise Google Cloud spend commitment.
How does usage-based billing work?
Usage beyond the base plan is metered transparently and reported to Google Cloud Marketplace. This includes additional developer seats, extended sovereign GPU execution hours, and high-frequency cryptographic Merkle receipt anchoring. All usage charges appear as a single line item on your Google Cloud invoice.
Do you accept payments outside of Google Cloud Marketplace?
No. A2AC bills exclusively through Google Cloud Marketplace. Both the Team Plan ($499/mo + usage) and Institutional Private Offers are invoiced through your Google Cloud account. We do not accept credit cards, wire transfers, or any payment method outside of Google Cloud billing. This ensures 100% of your A2AC spend counts toward your Google Cloud commitment (EDP / MACC).
