What A2AC does.

A2AC is the work router for company AI. It receives requests from agents or business systems, turns them into clear task records, sends them to approved systems, and returns a result or error that can be inspected.

The simple version.

If an AI agent needs to call an AI service, query Salesforce, trigger a business process, use a tool, send work to another agent, or hand off to a private worker, A2AC creates the work record and controls the handoff. The agent does not need to pass vague chat text and hope the next system interprets it correctly.

Structure work

Convert agent and system requests into clear task, result, and error records.

Send work

Send work to approved AI services, workers, software connections, business systems, or private deployments.

Apply rules

Apply customer account rules, access keys, permissions, connection controls, and approved work paths.

Capture proof

Record what was requested, where it ran, what returned, and what failed.

Connect systems

Coordinate cloud services, local agents, sales tools, productivity systems, data stores, and AI services.

Support deployment paths

Use A2AC Cloud as a hosted service, or use a private cloud or private edge setup when work must stay closer to private systems or regulated data.

Why do you need A2AC?

You need A2AC when AI work starts crossing system boundaries. A single chatbot can answer questions on its own. Company business processes involve agents, AI services, tools, files, approvals, and business systems. Without A2AC, every connection becomes a custom connection, every failure is harder to trace, and every handoff depends on a different format.
