How A2AC is architected.
Customer systems send clear work requests into A2AC Cloud. A2AC identifies the customer account, checks the rules, chooses the approved work path, sends the work, receives the result or error, and records what happened.
1. Customer Systems
Agents, hosted apps, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, internal software, databases, documents, business processes, and automation tools submit or receive work.
2. A2AC Cloud
Hosted service managed by A2AC for customer account context, task records, rule checks, routing, task state, Marketplace account events, and audit records.
3. Systems That Do the Work
Approved AI services, software connections, cloud workers, customer-approved systems, and optional private workers do the routed work.
A2AC Core
The internal system that creates task records, result records, error records, and integrity checks for handoffs.
A2AC Cloud
Hosted service managed by A2AC LLC for customer access, routing, rule checks, work records, and audit state.
Private Cloud / Edge
Private deployment path for customers that require work to run closer to private systems or regulated data.
A2AC Workstation
Internal operator environment used to build, verify, and manage A2AC deployments.
